1) unzip  the file  into your \Documents and Settings\[username]\Application
Data\Gearbox Software\Brothers In Arms\

2) launch the game then load the profile BLeH! (reconfigure options if need be)

3) now all chapters are playable at any difficulty level (including authentic)
